Ruby Red House

R&M is a Sofia-based company with over 15 years of experience in managing and developing various residential, commercial, and office properties. Among their latest acquisitions is Ruby Red House – a beautiful house with a red brick façade that remained unoccupied for many years. This remarkable building is an integral part of the architectural fabric of old Sofia, now known as Kvartal.

R&M took on the task of restoring and transforming the property into a comfortable place to stay, offering diverse apartments with welcoming and stylish interiors.

Our Services:

Our role was to consult R&M regarding their communication strategy for their new property, tailored to the goals and audiences of Ruby Red House. After several meetings to clarify specific tasks and an on-site inspection, we proposed a content structure for the website, which we subsequently developed through copywriting and texts in Bulgarian, English, and German. The texts were also adapted for the Booking platform. Our responsibilities included consulting on the name of the property and the names of the rooms. Additionally, we recommended and coordinated the work of a photographer and web design studio, who created the logo and built the website – the main channel for communication and reservations at the location.
