Komplekt is a cultural management and consultancy agency focused on design and other creative practices. The Studio generates content and manages self-initiated as well as commissioned projects.
Ivelina Gadjeva is a specialist in inclusive design, founder of the Design for All Bulgaria Foundation (a member organization of Design for All Europe ), co-founder of Service Design Bulgaria (a member of the Global Service Design Network ). She has extensive experience in training professionals, businesses and non-governmental organizations on how to use inclusive design methods for the benefit of social innovation and business transformation. Her mission is to teach and inspire others to use their potential to create conditions for social inclusion and develop sustainable solutions. Ivelina has participated in numerous publications (the latest is the book Creative Leadership by Rama Gheerawo) and is a frequent speaker at international events in the field of design. For the past 5 years, Ivelina has been working at the Helen Hamlyn Center for Design at the Royal College of Art as a design researcher, ringleader and facilitator. Ivelina is working in Bulgaria on a project to develop a training program that explores design and artistic practice as vehicles for cultural and social transformation as part of the Know-How Show-How team.
