Fassade of the Year is a prestigious contest for architecture and construction initiated by Baumit Bulgaria. For the first time after a long break it takes place with the participation of a specialised jury and a live ceremony for awarding the prices in the following categories – single family house, multi family residential, non-residential, thermal renovation and historical renovation. For the first time all nominated participants have the chance to take part in the international Life Challenge competition.
